Method: 80% direct press Grenache blanc, gris and noir from 80 year old vines. Fermentation in stainless steel tank. Aged 9 months in new 20 Hectolitre barrel, 20% Macabeu maceration whole bunches for 7 days fermentation stainless tank, aged 9 months in concrete tank. Total added S02: 20ppm @ bottling
