Method: 85% Syrah 15% Muscat d'Alexandrie. Destemmed harvest. Whole bunch maceration of the two grape varieties mixed for 4 days, pressed off, and aged 5 months in stainless steel tanks. Total added S02: 19ppm @ bottling
