In 7 hectares of vineyards in the Hautes Corbières, in Cucugnan, La Voluta observes and questions each intervention for its necessity and its impact. Their work is artisanal and as manual as possible. They work patiently and simply, to preserve the qualities of the grapes.
La Voluta strives for lively, healthy and sulfite free wines. Jean-Benoit is like a druid who mixes yeast in wines. Multiple vintages is not an uncommon practice from Jean-Benoit. No rules apply.
